A intensificação de tiroteios na região de Sussuarana Nova, bairro de Salvador, fez com que o funcionamento na modalidade presencial de um tribunal da capital baiana tivesse que ser interrompido. Segundo decisão obtida pelo BNews e assinada na última quinta-feira (30) pela diretora de Foro da Seção Judiciária da Bahia, a juíza federal Sandra Lopes Santos de Carvalho, foi determinado que servidores e magistrados que trabalham nos prédios do Fórum Teixeira de Freitas, localizado no bairro, adotem a modalidade de teletrabalho.

O motivo é a intensificação de tiroteios e a sensação de insegurança na região. Ainda de acordo com a decisão, os principais casos aconteceram nos dias 22, 23 e 30 deste mês. A juíza também considerou a necessidade de adoção de medidas urgentes pelo Comitê de Segurança da Seção Judiciária da Bahia.

A magistrada determinou o funcionamento e atividades de todas as unidades judiciárias e administrativas dos prédios do fórum “será realizado, em jornada normal, em regime de teletrabalho extraordinário, bem como a suspensão do atendimento presencial do público externo”. A decisão tem validade a partir desta sexta-feira (31) até uma nova ordem direção do Foro e do Tribunal Regional Federal da 1ª Região (TRF-1).

O fórum possui uma área de 11 mil m², conta com salas para videoconferência, espaço para reconhecimento de presos, parlatório especial para encontros entre advogados e clientes e 26 varas criminais. A unidade foi inaugurada em 2011, contando com três prédios que reuniram os serviços da Justiça na área criminal em um só lugar.

Prefeito Valderico Junior decreta situação de emergência administrativa em Ilhéus

 

Na noite desta sexta-feira (31), a Prefeitura de Ilhéus decretou situação de emergência administrativa no município. A medida foi publicada no Diário Oficial por meio do Decreto nº 329, assinado pelo prefeito Valderico Junior e pelo secretário de Gestão, Cristiano Carvalho.

De acordo com o documento, o objetivo é viabilizar a adoção de medidas urgentes para garantir o atendimento à população e a continuidade dos serviços públicos. O prazo previsto é de 90 dias, com possibilidade de prorrogação.

Entre os motivos para a medida, o decreto considera o estado de abandono deixado pela gestão anterior na área administrativa, incluindo processos licitatórios não iniciados ou não concluídos, precariedade da estrutura básica – como prédios públicos, equipamentos e serviços de informática –, existência de contratos com indícios de irregularidades, além do desabastecimento de alimentos, ferramentas, EPIs e itens de higiene e limpeza.

Durante a vigência do decreto, ficaram autorizadas contratações emergenciais para aquisição de bens e serviços essenciais à administração pública, sempre em conformidade com os princípios da legalidade, probidade administrativa, responsabilidade e transparência.

O decreto também determinou a apuração das causas que levaram à situação emergencial do município, com o encaminhamento dos resultados aos órgãos competentes.
