Após questionamentos da Rádio BAhiana AM 1310 sobre a obra do novo acesso da Rodovia BA-001 à Avenida Vereador Ruy Carvalho, na zona sul da cidade, a Prefeitura de Ilhéus informou que a iniciativa está sendo executada através de um Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta (TAC), firmado com o governo municipal e aprovado pela Superintendência de Infraestrutura de Transporte da Bahia (SIT).
