Condema suspende licença ambiental de loteamento na zona sul de Ilhéus

O Conselho Municipal de Defesa do Meio Ambiente de Ilhéus (Condema) suspendeu por 180 dias a Licença Ambiental Simplificada concedida à empresa Bastos Serralheiro Empreendimentos Ltda., responsável pelo Loteamento O Verde e O Mar. O empreendimento está localizado ao lado do Condomínio Mar à Vista, às margens da rodovia BA-001, na zona sul da cidade.
A decisão foi publicada nesta terça-feira (13) no Diário Oficial do Município e leva em conta relatórios técnicos da Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e de uma engenheira ambiental contratada pela associação de moradores do condomínio vizinho. Os relatórios não tiveram o conteúdo detalhado na resolução.
Durante o período de suspensão, a empresa deverá cumprir uma série de exigências para evitar a renovação automática da medida. Entre as principais condicionantes está a instalação de uma Estação de Tratamento de Esgoto com eficiência superior a 95%, dentro de 180 dias.
O Condema também exige a aprovação da Embasa para o projeto da rede de abastecimento de água, além da implementação de um sistema de drenagem pluvial que evite erosão do solo e alagamentos temporários. O sistema deve garantir a vazão adequada da água, podendo incluir bacias de retenção ou detenção.
Outras exigências incluem a apresentação do relatório de execução do Plano de Recuperação de Áreas Degradadas (Prad) e a criação de estrutura para armazenar material reciclável. A lista completa de condicionantes está disponível na resolução publicada pelo Conselho.

Em nova ação de inteligência no combate ao crime organizado, equipes das Forças Integradas de Combate ao Crime Organizado (FICCOs) Bahia e São Paulo e da Polícia Civil (DHPP) baiana, com apoio da Superintendência de Inteligência (SI) da SSP, capturaram no inicio da manhã desta quarta-feira (14), o líder de uma facção que atua na Região Metropolitana de Salvador (RMS), mais precisamente em Camaçari.
O traficante de drogas e de armas, envolvido também com homicídios, sequestros, lavagem de dinheiro, roubo e corrupção de menores foi flagrado em uma cobertura, com piscina, avaliada em R$ 5 milhões, no bairro da Vila Leopoldina, capital paulista.
Ele possuía três mandados de prisão e chegou a ser preso, em 2017, no estado do Ceará, mas respondia em liberdade. No apartamento de luxo do criminoso, as equipes da Bahia e de SP apreenderam dinheiro em espécie, ouro, celulares e documentos falsos.
“Há seis meses intensificamos as operações de inteligência, com o objetivo de prender este indivíduo que determinava homicídios e também a distribuição de armas e drogas na Região Metropolitana de Salvador. O trabalho integrado continua, buscando desarticular toda a facção”, enfatizou o coordenador da FICCO Bahia, delegado federal Eduardo Badaró.
Prefeitura de Ilhéus desmonta ocupação ilegal em área de manguezal no Rio Cururupe

Dando sequência a uma ação de defesa do meio ambiente e do patrimônio público, a Prefeitura de Ilhéus realizou, nesta terca-feira (13), a desocupação de uma área invadida em pleno manguezal às margens do Rio Cururupe, zona classificada como Área de Proteção Ambiental (APA). A operação foi conduzida pela Secretaria Municipal de Ordem Pública (SEMOP), com o apoio da Guarda Civil Municipal, dos Fiscais de Posturas, dos Fiscais do Meio Ambiente e da Secretária de Serviços Urbanos.
A ocupação irregular vinha crescendo de forma clandestina, comprometendo um dos ecossistemas mais sensíveis do município. Além de causar danos ambientais, as construções ilegais violavam a legislação urbanística e ambiental vigente na cidade.
A ação da SEMOP teve início no dia 2 de abril, com fiscalização e notificação, sendo concluída nesta terça (13). O objetivo é preservar o território protegido, conter a expansão de invasões e reforçar a presença do poder público em áreas de interesse coletivo. “Estamos atuando com rigor para proteger o que é de todos e impedir a degradação do meio ambiente”, afirmou o secretário de Ordem Pública Igor Erdens.
A Prefeitura de Ilhéus informou que outras ações semelhantes estão previstas, como parte de um cronograma de fiscalização e combate a ocupações irregulares em áreas públicas e de preservação.

O vereador Maurício Galvão (PSB) voltou a cobrar da Prefeitura de Ilhéus providências urgentes para resolver a situação crítica da Avenida Uberlândia, localizada nas proximidades da Rua do Cacau, no bairro do Malhado. A via enfrenta problemas graves de infraestrutura, em especial na rede pluvial, o que tem causado transtornos frequentes à população, principalmente em períodos de chuva.
O parlamentar já havia protocolado o Requerimento nº 127/2025, há mais de 2 meses, solicitando esclarecimentos sobre a reforma e manutenção da rede pluvial da avenida, mas até o momento nenhuma obra foi iniciada pela gestão municipal e nenhum esclarecimento foi dado. “Os alagamentos constantes afetam diretamente a vida dos moradores e comerciantes da região, além de comprometer a mobilidade e gerar riscos à saúde pública”, alerta o vereador.
Maurício Galvão destaca que a obstrução das galerias e o desgaste do sistema de escoamento estão provocando buracos, erosão do asfalto e acúmulo de água parada, o que favorece a proliferação de doenças como a dengue. “Não podemos aceitar o descaso com uma demanda tão urgente. A comunidade merece respeito e uma resposta rápida do poder público”, completou.

Numa decisão inédita na Bahia, o juiz da 2ª Vara da Fazenda Pública de Itabuna, Júlio Gonçalves da Silva Júnior, deu sentença favorável, responsabilizando por danos coletivos: o Município de Itabuna, o Governo da Bahia e a Companhia de Engenharia Rural, Hídrica e de Saneamento da Bahia. O caso trata do manejo das baronesas, que se acumulam nos pilares das pontes itabunenses e, quando são empurradas por máquinas, terminam descendo o rio e poluindo as praias ilheenses.
A Ação Civil Pública do Preserva Ilhéus, através de seus entes, o Instituto Nossa Ilhéus e do Grupo de Amigos da Praia, iniciada em 2022 pelos advogados Bruno Duarte, Silvana Lins, Maria Lívia Carvalho, que atuaram pro bono nesta causa, sob a liderança de Jurema Cintra e Marta Serafim, advogadas do Preserva Ilhéus, comprovou os danos ambientais e a incapacidade dos réus em manejar as baronesas. Essas plantas são um problema mundial e afetam a região Grapiúna há anos. Assim, o juiz proibiu que o Município de Itabuna empurre as macrófitas rio abaixo, ordenou que em 90 dias elabore um Plano Municipal de Manejo de Macrófitas Aquáticas, faça um manejo emergencial, separando as baronesas, os resíduos sólidos inorgânicos e dê a destinação adequada para a Cooperativa de Reciclagem de Itabuna. A CERB tem o mesmo prazo para elaboração do Plano de Manejo de Flora Aquática na Barragem do Rio Colônia, para fazer a imediata contenção e remoção das macrófitas já existentes na barragem e divulgação semestral de relatório sobre o material removido da barragem e sua destinação. O Estado da Bahia tem 180 dias para implementar as ações previstas no Plano Estratégico de Revitalização da Bacia do Rio Cachoeira, exercer efetivamente seu poder de polícia ambiental, fiscalizando o lançamento de efluentes no rio, prestar apoio técnico e financeiro aos municípios da Bacia do Rio Cachoeira para implementação de sistemas adequados de tratamento de esgotos e gestão de resíduos sólidos.
Os três réus têm 120 dias, para elaboração de Plano Integrado de Gestão de Macrófitas Aquáticas da Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio Cachoeira, contemplando ações coordenadas de prevenção, controle e manejo, e estão condenados ao pagamento de indenização por danos morais coletivos no valor de R$ 300.000,00 para projetos de recuperação ambiental da Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio Cachoeira. Também foram estabelecidas multas diárias pela não execução das medidas.
Ainda cabe recurso, mas o Coletivo está otimista, pois a OAB de Itabuna vai se unir ao grupo nesta Ação Civil Pública e outras instituições podem fazer o mesmo.

No ano de 2024, a Fundação Itabunense de Cultura e Cidadania (FICC) captou R$ 1.374.684,87 em recursos provenientes da Política Nacional Aldir Blanc (PNAB), instituída pela Lei nº 14.399, de fomento à cultura.
A partir dos ciclos de escuta pública foram definidos formatos de aplicação e montado o Plano de Aplicação dos recursos da Lei garantindo, assim, o fomento ao setor cultural do município.
Deste modo, na quinta-feira passada, dia 8, foi publicado no Diário Oficial da FICC, a primeira leva dos editais do primeiro ciclo de recursos da PNAB com ênfase em fomento, dentre as temáticas destacamos: realização de festivais e ações artísticas, prêmios, subsídio a grupos e espaços culturais.
Está prevista a publicação de dois editais: premiação e ações continuadas, correspondentes a aplicação da Política Nacional Cultura Viva na próxima semana.

Estádio Mário Pessoa obtém autorização para receber jogos oficiais e Barcelona poderá jogar em casa

O Estádio Mário Pessoa já consta com o parecer oficial da Federação Bahiana de Futebol (FBF) e a autorização da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) para a realização de jogos profissionais. A conquista é fruto de um intenso trabalho da Prefeitura de Ilhéus, por meio da Secretaria de Juventude, Esporte e Lazer, junto a uma ação conjunta com outras secretarias e a parceria com o Barcelona de Ilhéus.
O trabalho da Prefeitura envolveu serviços de manutenção, melhorias na infraestrutura, ajustes técnicos e ações voltadas à segurança e ao conforto do público.
A liberação do estádio permitirá que o Barcelona dispute os jogos do Campeonato Brasileiro da Série D na cidade, com o apoio da torcida. A primeira partida em casa está marcada para o dia 18 de maio, contra a equipe do Jequié, pela 5ª rodada.
Além da competição nacional, o Estádio Mário Pessoa também oferecerá melhores condições para os torneios amadores e de demais categorias, como futebol feminino e de base, movimentando a economia local.
