Prefeitura de Ilhéus promove Caminhada pela Conscientização do Autismo

No dia 2 de abril, em celebração ao Dia Mundial de Conscientização do Autismo, o CAPS Infantil de Ilhéus promoverá uma caminhada especial para reforçar a importância da inclusão e do respeito às pessoas com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA).

 

A ação é uma iniciativa da Prefeitura de Ilhéus, por meio Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, e tem como objetivo sensibilizar a sociedade sobre a necessidade de maior aceitação, apoio e garantia de direitos para as pessoas autistas. O evento reunirá familiares, profissionais da saúde, educadores e toda a comunidade em um ato de união e solidariedade.

Segundo Najla Schmitz, coordenadora do CAPS Infantil, a caminhada busca promover a socialização e inclusão das pessoas com TEA de forma concreta na sociedade. “É fundamental que o debate sobre o autismo vá além do papel e se transforme em ações reais. Queremos que as famílias e a população participem ativamente, trazendo suas pautas e necessidades, e cobrando um suporte mais eficaz tanto para crianças quanto para adultos autistas. Na tarde desta quarta-feira (26), foi realizada uma visita às obras do novo fórum da Comarca de Ilhéus, localizado na Avenida Tancredo Neves, no bairro Jardim Atlântico. A construção representa um avanço significativo na modernização da estrutura judiciária do município.

Estiveram presentes na visita, o diretor de engenharia e arquitetura do Tribunal de Justiça da Bahia (TJBA), José Rivas, além de representantes da empresa construtora, incluindo o coordenador Ciro Souza e os engenheiros Ariel Duarte, Kercyo Andrade e André Lessa, responsável pela fiscalização da obra.

Também participaram o Procurador-Geral do município de Ilhéus, Michel Mendonça, o Secretário de Infraestrutura, Gabriel Cerqueira, o Juiz Corregedor e Titular da 3ª Vara Cível da Comarca de Ilhéus, Dr. Antônio Carlos Hygino, o administrador do Fórum de Ilhéus, Armando Carneiro, e o assessor do Juízo da 3ª Vara Cível, Ângelo Argolo.

Durante a visita, foi destacada a parceria entre o Tribunal de Justiça da Bahia e a Prefeitura de Ilhéus, que está estudando formas de promover melhorias no entorno do novo fórum. A iniciativa busca garantir melhor infraestrutura viária e acessibilidade, beneficiando tanto os servidores quanto a população que utilizará os serviços do Judiciário.

A construção do novo fórum faz parte de um conjunto de investimentos para garantir maior eficiência no atendimento à população e melhores condições de trabalho para magistrados, servidores e operadores do Direito.

SEMA e Polícia Militar da Bahia discutem novos protocolos para liberação de eventos

Nesta terça-feira (25), a Secretaria do Meio Ambiente (SEMA) recebeu o comando da Polícia Militar da Bahia para uma reunião voltada à revisão e ajuste dos protocolos de solicitação de eventos na cidade. O encontro, realizado na sede da SEMA, também contou com a participação do secretário de Ordem Pública, Igor Erdens.

Os novos protocolos incluem condicionantes exigidas pelo município, especialmente pelas secretarias responsáveis pela liberação dos eventos. A revisão dessas exigências tem como objetivo garantir maior segurança e organização, alinhando os procedimentos administrativos às necessidades da cidade.

Câmara Municipal de Ilhéus Realizará Audiência Pública para Discutir a Importação de Cacau

A Câmara Municipal de Ilhéus aprovou um requerimento para a realização de uma Audiência Pública no dia 28 de março de 2025, com o objetivo de discutir a importação de cacau e seus impactos. A iniciativa, proposta pelo Vereador Alzimário  Vieira (Prof. Gurita), visa promover um debate amplo e transparente sobre os desafios e as consequências dessa prática para a economia local e para os produtores da região.

O Presidente da Câmara, Augusto César Porto Ribeiro, destacou a importância do debate e reafirmou o compromisso da Casa Legislativa com a transparência e o diálogo aberto com a população. “A importação de cacau é um tema de grande relevância para Ilhéus, pois impacta diretamente os produtores, a economia e o desenvolvimento do setor. A audiência pública será uma oportunidade para ouvirmos todas as partes envolvidas e buscarmos soluções conjuntas”, afirmou.

O debate irá abordar questões como a concorrência entre o cacau importado e o cacau nacional, os impactos na renda dos produtores locais, a qualidade do produto e as medidas necessárias para proteger e fortalecer a produção regional. Especialistas do setor, agricultores e representantes de entidades ligadas à cadeia do cacau estarão presentes para contribuir com suas análises e propostas.

Ilhéus aprova cronograma para execução da Aldir Blanc 2

Em Assembleia do Conselho Municipal de Cultura (CMC) de Ilhéus, realizada nesta terça-feira (18), foi aprovado o cronograma de execução dos recursos da Política Nacional Aldir Blanc 2 (PNAB). O encontro reuniu a Secretaria Municipal de Cultura (Secult), membros do CMC e a sociedade civil para discutir a aplicação dos recursos e garantir sua utilização dentro do prazo estabelecido.

Com o período curto para execução, o edital será conduzido de forma acelerada, mas respeitando os prazos mínimos de cada etapa. Municípios, Estados e o Distrito Federal devem utilizar os recursos até 30 de junho deste ano, evitando a devolução à União, como ocorreu com os valores da Lei Paulo Gustavo ao fim de 2024.

As inscrições serão de 4 de abril a 5 de maio, data que marca o falecimento de Aldir Blanc, artista que dá nome à política cultural. As inscrições serão realizadas online, e a Secult ampliará sua equipe para oferecer suporte ao longo de todo o processo.

Na divisão dos recursos, cada segmento terá direito a R$ 70 mil, que serão distribuídos entre os projetos conforme a quantidade estipulada. A decisão segue os encaminhamentos da reunião de 26 de agosto de 2024, com algumas adequações. Considerando a devolução de recursos da Lei Paulo Gustavo, a assembleia aprovou a inclusão do segmento Audiovisual, que contemplará 7 projetos. Da mesma forma, foram incluídas as Feiras Criativas Culturais, que também distribuirá os R$ 70 mil entre 7 projetos (R$ 10 mil para cada). Os dois novos segmentos se unem a Cultura Afro/Povo Negro; Capoeira; Cultura Hip Hop; Preservação do Patrimônio Cultural; Literatura; Cultura Indígena; Culturas Populares; Artes Visuais; Música; Teatro; Dança; e Quadrilhas Juninas.

A secretária municipal de Cultura, Anarleide Menezes, destacou a importância do diálogo e do esforço conjunto para execução da PNAB:

“Nosso compromisso é garantir que os recursos sejam aplicados da melhor forma possível, beneficiando o setor cultural de Ilhéus. O diálogo aberto entre poder público, Conselho de Cultura e sociedade civil é fundamental para esse processo. Estamos trabalhando com transparência e celeridade para que tudo ocorra dentro do prazo e com o maior êxito”, afirmou.
