ACM Neto se reúne com Jabes e Valderico e confirma união em Ilhéus: ‘Vamos buscar a definição do mais competitivo’Em uma reunião realizada em Salvador nesta segunda-feira (10), o vice-presidente do União Brasil, ACM Neto, anunciou um acordo estratégico entre os partidos União Brasil e PP para as eleições municipais de Ilhéus deste ano.
O encontro contou com a presença de figuras políticas do município, como o ex-deputado federal e secretário de Governo de Salvador, Cacá Leão; o ex-prefeito Jabes Ribeiro (PP) e o presidente municipal do União Brasil, Valderico Júnior. “Selamos aqui um pacto de que vamos marchar unidos nas eleições municipais desse ano,” declarou ACM Neto.
O objetivo do acordo é unir forças para determinar o candidato mais competitivo que possa representar o campo político dos partidos de oposição em Ilhéus. Neto destacou que a partir de agora será buscada a definição de critérios para a escolha do candidato mais forte. “Vamos buscar a definição de critérios para que aquele que for o mais competitivo possa representar o conjunto do nosso campo político na cidade de Ilhéus,” acrescentou.

A enfermeira ilheense Angélica Souza, 24 anos, perdeu a vida em um acidente grave após sair de uma festa na região de Mauá, em São Paulo. Angélica se formou recentemente e estava muito feliz com a pós-graduação. Ela trabalhava em um hospital na zona sul de São Paulo.
A jovem enfermeira estava voltando de uma comemoração quando o acidente ocorreu. Testemunhas relataram que Angélica perdeu o controle do veículo após o estouro de um pneu. O carro colidiu violentamente contra o muro de uma empresa química na região. Imagens de câmeras de segurança mostram um homem caminhando pela calçada poucos segundos antes da colisão. Um estrondo, possivelmente causado pelo estouro do pneu, é ouvido, seguido pelo impacto do carro contra o muro.
Ainda conforme a polícia, a Enfermeira havia deixado o namorado em Santo André, no ABC Paulista, quando no retorno para casa sozinha aconteceu uma tragédia.

No processo de interlocução com segmentos e instituições da sociedade ilheense, o ex-prefeito Jabes Ribeiro visitou, nesta terça-feira, as paróquias de São Jorge e São Francisco de Assis, onde foi recebido pelos padres Edson Hagge e Edilson Santana de Souza, respectivamente . Durante o encontro, o diálogo fluiu em torno de questões essenciais para a comunidade, como a cooperação social, o estímulo ao turismo religioso e a necessidade de preservação do patrimônio histórico.
Além do aspecto espiritual e cultural, a visita bordou a importância da participação conjunta no enfrentamento de questões sociais. O padre Edilson Santana de Souza, da Paróquia São Francisco de Assis, e também assessor para a Juventude, destacou a necessidade de uma colaboração eficaz entre a igreja e as autoridades locais para conduzir desafios sociais e promover o bem-estar comunitário.

O Departamento de Trânsito da Bahia (Detran) está promovendo leilões virtuais de 483 lotes, incluindo motocicletas, carros de passeio, caminhonetes, caminhões, além de sucatas. Os veículos estão disponíveis em municípios como Ilhéus, Salvador, Camaçari, Irecê, Jequié, Santo Antônio de Jesus, Barreiras, Guanambi, Vitória da Conquista, Eunápolis e Jacobina.
Em Ilhéus, dentre os bens disponibilizados no leilão estão um Peugeot 307-HB PRE PK A, 2009/2010, com lance inicial de R$ 1,5mil; e um Fiat/Strada Fire Flex 2010/2011, com lance mínimo de R$ 1 mil. Há ainda diversas motocicletas, dentre as quais uma Honda/CG 160 Start, 2021, com lance mínimo de R$ 2 mil.
De acordo com editais, ainda no interior da Bahia, há outros veículos com lance mínimo no valor de R$ 2 mil. Os moradores do Couto manifestaram-se nesta terça-feira (07) em busca de melhorias na estrada que liga a localidade ao centro da cidade de Ilhéus. O protesto resultou no fechamento da via, em um clamor por atenção às condições precárias do acesso ao distrito. Mesmo estando próximo à sede do município, os moradores alegam que a estrada é negligenciada, dificultando o tráfego de transporte público e veículos de pequeno porte.

A Justiça determinou que o vereador Danilo Freitas (UB) pague indenização de R$ 10 mil por danos morais à advogada Andrea Castro, primeira-dama de Itabuna. A decisão desta segunda-feira (6) foi proferida em processo movido por Andrea no ano passado, após a sessão em que Danilo a chamou de “cadela”.
Andrea comentou a sentença. “Esse foi um reconhecimento da Justiça. Não podemos aceitar, como mulher, sermos desrespeitadas, ofendidas e violentadas com atos de misoginia”, afirmou. O dinheiro da indenização será doado à Associação dos Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais (Apae), acrescentou Andrea, que aguarda desfecho do caso na esfera criminal.
Danilo da Nova Itabuna, como é conhecido, emitiu nota de retratação ainda em junho de 2023. Apesar do pedido de desculpas, a Comissão de Ética da Câmara de Vereadores de Itabuna puniu o vereador, que ficou impedido de se pronunciar nas sessões legislativas de setembro a dezembro passado.

A Defesa Civil de Ilhéus alerta a população sobre a possibilidade de chuva intensa para a nossa região. A previsão é de que chova até 62 milímetros até o dia 06 de maio, conforme o INMET (Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia) e o CEMADEN (Centro Nacional de Monitoramento e Alertas de Desastres Naturais).
Ainda segundo a previsão, o dia mais chuvoso será o próximo domingo (05), com até 24 mm. As chuvas podem trazer riscos para regiões sujeitas a deslizamento e/ou alagamento. Sendo assim, é importante que a população fique atenta e mantenha-se alerta para quaisquer sinais, tanto nas residências, como nos arredores.
Desagregação de solos em encostas, sinais sonoros, fissuras e rachaduras nos imóveis são evidências que precisam ser comunicadas imediatamente com a Defesa Civil e o Corpo de Bombeiros.
