Secretário de Esporte de Ilhéus Detalha Manutenção do Estádio Mário Pessoa e Atualiza Transição em Entrevista à Rádio Bahiana

Em entrevista ao programa “Falando Direito”, da Rádio Bahiana, conduzido por Adilson Neves e Jerberson Josué, o secretário de esporte de Ilhéus, Mauro Alves, apresentou um panorama das últimas ações de sua gestão, que se encerra em 31 de dezembro, e falou sobre o processo de transição para a administração seguinte. Entre os destaques, Mauro ressaltou as melhorias no Estádio Mário Pessoa e o cronograma da aguardada Corrida da Ponte, marcada para 15 de dezembro.
Mauro informou que o estádio está passando por uma série de reparos, incluindo o replantio do gramado, com a meta de deixar o campo em condições adequadas para futuros jogos e eventos esportivos. O secretário ressaltou o compromisso em finalizar todas as intervenções e entregar o estádio com todas as pendências resolvidas até o final da atual gestão.
Quanto ao processo de transição, Mauro assegurou que a passagem de gestão está sendo conduzida de maneira tranquila, transparente e organizada, e disse que ainda há muito a ser entregue nessa reta final. Entre os projetos a serem entregues, ele mencionou as obras nas praças Nossa Senhora da Vitória e Luiz Gama, além de outras melhorias urbanas que estão sendo executadas.

A Secretaria de Infraestrutura da Bahia (Seinfra) anunciou a retomada das obras de duplicação da BA-001 na zona sul de Ilhéus, após a definição de um novo responsável pelo serviço. A DX Construtora Ltda. foi a vencedora da Concorrência Eletrônica Nº 021/2024 e assumirá as atividades de pavimentação e requalificação de um trecho de 3,5 quilômetros, com contrato firmado no valor de R$ 24,46 milhões.
Esse trecho corresponde à segunda etapa da duplicação e vai desde a Cabana Guarany até as proximidades do Condomínio Brisa do Mar, na área urbana do município. A obra estava paralisada desde julho, quando o Grupo Ideal, empresa contratada inicialmente, suspendeu o serviço por desacordos com o Governo do Estado.
A retomada dos trabalhos foi destacada como um compromisso prioritário do governador Jerônimo Rodrigues (PT) com os moradores de Ilhéus, visando a melhoria da mobilidade e segurança da rodovia. A nova fase da duplicação é vista como crucial para o desenvolvimento da infraestrutura local e o fluxo de turistas na região.

Entre os dias 13 e 15 de novembro, a cidade de Ilhéus receberá a 7ª edição da Festa Literária de Ilhéus (FLI), que promete envolver o público com uma programação variada no Centro de Convenções Luís Eduardo Magalhães. Com o tema “A Princesinha do Sul no Mundo da Literatura”, a FLI tem como objetivo celebrar a literatura e promover um ambiente de aprendizado e entretenimento para todas as idades.
A festa contará com três palcos temáticos: o “O Gato Malhado e a Andorinha Sinhá”, voltado ao público infantil com contações de histórias e espetáculos; o “Gabriela Cravo e Canela”, onde a música ocupará a cena com atrações como o Samba da Leoah e DJs locais; e o Palco Itinerante, que trará personagens icônicos dos livros de Jorge Amado para interagir com o público em diversos momentos do evento.
