A Prefeitura de Itabuna divulgou o Edital nº 02/2025 referente ao Processo Seletivo Simplificado destinado à contratação temporária de profissionais por tempo determinado, sob o Regime Especial de Direito Administrativo (REDA). As inscrições vão ocorrer de 5 a 7 de maio de 2025, exclusivamente por meio do site informado no Edital. _No final do texto há um Link que estará disponível a partir de segunda-feira_.

O secretário municipal da Educação, Rosivaldo Pinheiro, disse que atualmente neste programa do Governo Federal há sete escolas em tempo integral no Município de Itabuna, mas no próximo ano mais unidades serão incluídas. “Nós queremos dar mais estrutura ao funcionamento dessas unidades, para que possam prestar um ensino integral com a qualidade que a gestão municipal busca para a Educação de Itabuna”, resumiu.

As vagas ofertadas no Processo Seletivo são destinadas à Secretaria Municipal da Educação no Programa Escola Tempo Integral de acordo disposições constitucionais, observadas a Lei Orgânica do Município de Itabuna (LOMI), a Lei de Contratações Temporárias nº 2.708/25 e a Lei nº 14.640/2003.

O Processo Seletivo oferece oportunidades para níveis fundamental, médio e superior contemplando as funções como Professor Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental (Anos Iniciais), Articulador e Educador Social no Programa Escola Tempo Integral, Auxiliar Gestor de Obras, Manipulador de Alimentos, Auxiliar de Copa, Zelador, Pedreiro, Encanador, Pintor, Condutor, Eletricista, Roçador e Carpinteiro, com jornadas de trabalho de 20, 40 e 44 horas semanais, de acordo com a função e com salários entre R$ 1.550 e R$ 2.433,89.

Cumprindo a legislação vigente, há reserva de vagas para candidatos negros (20%) e pessoas com deficiência (5%) e quem desejar concorrer a essas vagas deverá informar no momento da inscrição. Também será formado cadastro de reserva para todos os cargos.

ETAPAS DO PROCESSO

O Processo Seletivo Simplificado para contratação temporária de pessoal por meio do Programa Escola em Tempo Integral será realizado por meio de Avaliação Curricular de Títulos e Documentos, de cunho classificatório e eliminatório, a cargo da Comissão do Processo Seletivo.

A entrega dos comprovantes de experiência será feita no ato de inscrição. Não serão aceitos como títulos documentos que comprovem habilitações profissionais exigidas como requisito para a função.

O tempo de experiência profissional deverá ser comprovado por meio da Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social (CTPS), Certidão do Tempo de Contribuição (CTC) do Instituto Nacional de Seguridade Social (INSS) ou pelo regime próprio de previdência que ateste o tempo de serviço/contribuição na função pleiteada, Inscrição com Micro Empreendedor Individual (MEI) que comprove a função pleiteada (extrato de contribuições ou notas fiscais emitidas).

Nesta quarta-feira (30), a Câmara de Vereadores de Ilhéus sediou uma audiência pública em alusão ao Dia do Trabalhador. Proposto pela vereadora Enilda Mendonça (PT) e subscrito pelo vereador Maurício Galvão (PSB), o evento reuniu representantes de centrais sindicais, sindicatos locais, lideranças comunitárias e contou com a participação virtual do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego.

Na abertura da audiência, a vereadora Enilda Mendonça destacou a importância de transformar o Dia do Trabalhador em um momento de reflexão política. “Muitos celebram com festa, mas a conjuntura atual exige o debate. Os sindicatos sempre foram protagonistas das lutas sociais e trabalhistas no Brasil”, afirmou. Ela também alertou para a necessidade de unidade entre as entidades sindicais na luta contra o racismo, na discussão sobre as novas formas de trabalho e na construção de caminhos seguros para a classe trabalhadora.

O vereador Maurício Galvão reforçou a importância da organização coletiva para a conquista de direitos. “Não basta sobreviver, é preciso viver com dignidade. Propostas como a jornada 5×2 podem melhorar a qualidade de vida e aumentar a produtividade dos trabalhadores”, pontuou. Galvão também destacou que o evento fortalece a pauta trabalhista no município, especialmente em um momento de mudanças no cenário político local.

Representando o Governo Federal, o ilheense Magno Lavigne participou por videoconferência. Ele é secretário no Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego e falou sobre a reestruturação do órgão após sua extinção na gestão federal anterior. “Estamos reconstruindo o ministério com investimentos e políticas públicas que fortalecem os direitos trabalhistas. Em 2024, mais de 500 mil vagas foram preenchidas por meio da intermediação digital, e mais de 550 mil jovens participam de programas de aprendizagem”, disse. Lavigne também destacou que o governo Lula retomou o ministério com orçamento e estrutura, permitindo o avanço de ações como a carteira de trabalho digital e programas de qualificação técnica e social.
