Morreu, no sábado (16), o ex-deputado estadual e vice-presidente da Associação Comercial da Bahia (ACB), Marcos Galrão Cidreira, aos 62 anos. O velório e a cerimônia de cremação ocorreram neste domingo (17), no cemitério Jardim da Saudade, em Salvador.
A informação foi confirmada pela Associação Comercial da Bahia, através de uma publicação em uma rede social.
O presidente em exercício da Assembleia Legislativa da Bahia (Alba), deputado Zé Raimundo, decretou luto oficial na Casa pela morte do ex-deputado estadual.
“A Alba está em luto por três dias em memória de Marcos Cidreira, que nos deixa ainda muito jovem, aos 62 anos, depois de uma luta renhida contra o câncer. Meu abraço solidário a todos os familiares, amigos e companheiros de diretoria na Associação Comercial da Bahia”, lamentou o chefe interino da Casa.
Em viagem, o presidente licenciado da Alba, deputado Adolfo Menezes, também manifestou o seu pesar.

Um homem de 21 anos, identificado como Lucas Bomfim de Oliveira, foi preso neste domingo (17) suspeito de matar a ex-namorada Adriele Santos Nascimento, de 16 anos, a facadas em Maraú.
O assassinato aconteceu na noite de sexta-feira (15), no povoado de Campinho. O corpo da adolescente foi levado para o Instituto Médico Legal (IML) da região, onde passou por necropsia. Não há detalhes sobre o sepultamento.
Conforme a Polícia Militar da região, o suspeito estava escondido em uma propriedade rural na cidade de Camamu, a cerca de 55 km do local do crime, onde foi preso.
Ainda conforme a PM, Lucas Bonfim teria confessado o crime e entregado a faca utilizada para matar a adolescente. Ele foi conduzido à delegacia de Ilhéus e está à disposição da Justiça.

Uma nova Proposta de Emenda à Constituição (PEC) que visa substituir o atual esquema de seis dias trabalhados para um dia de descanso (6×1) por uma jornada semanal de quatro dias, com carga horária reduzida, está provocando intensos debates na Câmara dos Deputados e nas redes sociais. A PEC já conta com as 171 assinaturas necessárias para ser protocolada no Congresso.
O projeto propõe reduzir o limite máximo de horas semanais de 44 para 36 horas, estabelecendo uma jornada de trabalho de quatro dias semanais sem alterar os salários. A deputada Erika Hilton, responsável por apresentar a PEC, argumenta que o atual formato dificulta o aprimoramento pessoal dos trabalhadores. Segundo Hilton, muitos trabalhadores não têm tempo para estudar, investir em sua formação ou buscar novas oportunidades de carreira devido à carga horária exaustiva.

Em setembro do ano passado, um projeto-piloto com 21 empresas brasileiras, conduzido por organizações como a Reconnect Happiness at Work, 4 Day Week Global e Boston College, mostrou os benefícios de uma semana de trabalho de quatro dias. Entre os resultados, houve uma redução de 62,7% no estresse, 64,5% na exaustão e 49,3% no desgaste emocional dos trabalhadores. Além disso, 67% dos participantes afirmaram que a redução da jornada aliviou a ansiedade semanal, e 57,9% observaram uma melhor conciliação entre vida pessoal e profissional.
A redução das horas de trabalho também demonstrou potencial para diminuir o absenteísmo e aumentar a produtividade, já que três dias de descanso promovem uma recuperação mais adequada para os funcionários, reduzindo faltas e afastamentos por motivos de saúde. Outra vantagem apontada é a redução na rotatividade de empregados, um problema comum que gera custos altos para empresas em treinamento e reposição de pessoal.
O estudo da 4 Day Week Brasil reforça essa ideia: quase 30% dos entrevistados disseram que não mudariam de emprego para trabalhar cinco dias por semana, independentemente da remuneração. Com mais tempo para descanso e atividades pessoais, a jornada reduzida poderia ainda aumentar a capacidade dos trabalhadores em cumprir prazos e atender melhor as demandas do trabalho, segundo 44,4% dos participantes do projeto.
Desafios e Futuro da PEC
A PEC ainda enfrenta desafios para ser aprovada, especialmente diante das mudanças que pode exigir de setores que dependem de mão de obra intensiva. No entanto, com resultados positivos em outros países e o crescente movimento pela melhoria das condições de trabalho, a proposta tem ganhado atenção e poderá representar uma mudança importante na legislação trabalhista brasileira.
